Tentatively, this event will be limited to 175 people. We may be able to extend this but it will have some logistical issues.

  • : You will be able to select from five 1000 mile days which will be offered Monday, June 8 - Friday, June 12 and earn a SaddleSore 5000 or you can choose to ride one or more SS1000's on any of these and earn a SS1000, SS2000, or SS3000. All routes will be out and backs and you will end up back at the hotel in Bedford, Indiana each night. Click here for more information on the PRFH
  • Flower Sniffing: This is a terrific riding area. You may select from an assortment of rides mapped out by our own DragRacerBob, boB Moore. We will also develop a list of suggested attractions and eating spots. Formal Flower Sniffing is schedule for Wednesday, June 10 to Friday, June 12.

  • Rough Road Riding: Don Kime and Jason Arnold have scouted this area and found some very nice Rough Road Riding. We will use our traditional "ride with a group format." We have bail outs for those who get skeered. Rough Road Riding is scheduled for Thursday, June 11 and Friday, June 12.   • Motorcycle Rider Training:
      The MTF is committed to motorcycle safety and through the efforts of Don Kime Safety Director have arranged for Experienced Rider Training, Basic Dirt Bike Training, and Advanced Dirt Bike Training as a prelude to the 2009 Founders Feast. The MTF will provide a rebate to participants who successfully pass the course as outlined on the Motorcycle Training Page.

    • Game Tournament:
      • Both Wednesday, June 10 and Thursday, June 11 we will have a checkers tournament and ping-pong tournament (if you are a pro, bring your own paddles.)
    • The Founders Feast
      • Friday, June 12: Murder Mystery
        • Presented by: Random Acts - http://www.random-acts.net
          • Showtime 8:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m. in the Lakeview Room
          • We will announce a theme at a later date.
          • Only $10.00 when registering for the Founders Feast
          • Dutch Treat Buffet at the Spring Mill Inn 6:00 p.m.

    Fees for the various events held during the week are listed below.
    You must register through RideMaster to participate in any of the events.

    Photo Contest (Saturday) You will be given categories in will ride to get your best shot. $10
    Murder Mystery (Friday) The price is for the Murder Mystery only. Dinner will be dutch treat. $10
    MTF Founders Feast (Saturday Evening) The Founders Feast - includes dinner $25
    Rough Road Riding Please select this if you are going to do some Rough Road Riding No Cost

    MTF Donation Donations go to the general fund to promote future events You decide ($5 increments)

    Advanced Dirt Rider Training, Wednesday, 6/10, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. This will be on your own bike.
    Cost is $100.00 which you will pay during Founders Feast Registration. The MTF, will rebate $50.00 to successful participants.

    The following is the fees for Poker Run From Hell. This is basically the same price the IBA charges, except for the SS1000 rides, which is $5 more. This additional fee covers the MTF/IBA Pin & Sticker included in the packet.

    Note: The MTF only allows one certificate per ride. As an example, if you ride three consecutive SS1000, we will certify a SS3000 -or- three SS1000, but NOT both. If you want 3 SS1000 certificates, you need to sign up for each one you plan on completing. As with all MTF/IBA rides; if you do not complete the ride, we refund the certification fees.
