Why the Shackup Inn for 2008?
Bill Neese (Just Bill) and MTF Board Member have been wanting to have an MTF
Blues Bash for a couple of years. In October 2006 Bill held an MTF Lunch in
Clarksdale, Mississippi and introduced those that attended (including three
other MTF Board Members) to the Shack Up Inn. We immediately decided that this
had to be the location of the 2008 Founders Feast.
There are limited rooms at the Shack-up Inn, but we have reserved a number of other unique locations in Clarksdale and negotiated a block of rooms at both the Comfort Inn and Best Western Inn in Clarksdale. See the lodging page for details.
