Located on Rt. 32 in the heart of Canaan Valley, 2 miles north of Canaan Valley State Park
and 9 miles south of Blackwater Falls State Park.

Hotel Disclaimer:

Cancellation Policy for Rooms: To cancel we must have 3 days prior notice or you will forfeit your entire deposit which is the first night’s lodging. With proper notice, you will receive your deposit less a $20.00 administrative charge per room cancelled. There are no refunds for early checkouts. In case of damage to our rooms we reserve the right to charge accordingly. Person signing in on registration will be the responsible party.

Cancellation Policy for Apartments: To cancel we must have a 2-week notice or you will forfeit your entire deposit, which is $150.00. With proper notice you will receive your deposit less a $50.00 administrative charge. There are no refunds for early checkouts. In case of damage or excessive dirty apartment, we reserve the right to charge accordingly. Person signing in on registration will be the responsible party. All units are completely furnished and require a 2 night minimum stay. Apartments do not have daily maid service.



The MTF reserves the right to limit participation for any reason.
