In the past we have had a casual get together at my home on Friday evening. This year, we will be working the rallies that will be leaving from the Best Western Raintree Inn, our host hotel. So we will be having our casual get together there.
We had more than 30 folks show up for Sunday Breakfast last year. We will have be having breakfast at the Best Western Raintree Inn at 8:00 a.m. Some folks will want to head out earlier and other will want a late start so folks will be around but we will make 8:00 a.m. the official time. The Raintree has a buffet breakfast on Sunday's so this will be very convenient.
We are going to be away from the house and at the host hotel most of the time this year so we are not going to open up our home except for when you catch us there. However, we will have several spots available for free camping in our back yard and we will arrange for a portapot.
Immediately after the banquet. We will be only slightly more formal than last year.
